The role emphasizes team leadership, inventory management, and collaboration with purchasing to optimize equipment and supplies in a 2-OR facility. RN licensure and BLS are required, with 5 years in OR nursing and supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• 5 years experience as an operating room (OR) nurse.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adequate technical and clinical team coverage to meet scheduled cases.
• Ensure necessary supplies and equipment available.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Coordinator to discuss pricing for equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
• Oversee clinical log updating and regulatory compliance support.
• Train and orient new teammates; provide ongoing education for current staff.
