Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking an OR nurse to provide perioperative care across diverse surgical procedures. You will circulate and scrub as needed, working closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams and other professionals to ensure safe, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania or multistate license (NLC)
• BLS required before end of orientation
• BSN enrollment within one year of hire and degree completion within four years (if applicable)
• Prior OR experience preferred or enrollment in perioperative program

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical procedures.
• Serve as patient advocate in the operating room with surgeons, anesthesia providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Contribute to procedural flow, maintain sterile technique and support positive surgical outcomes
• Collaborate with rotating surgeons and specialties to remain adaptable and sharp
