Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a motivated OR RN to join our busy operating room team. You will scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical cases, delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adapting to changing patient needs, maintaining safety, and collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and support staff. Required NJ RN license and BLS/CPR; ACLS/CNOR preferred; BSN in progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS is preferred.
• CNOR is preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire required.
• Six (6) or more months of acute care RN experience required or must be an active participant in the HMH new grad nurse residency program required.
• Two years OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivated team member responsible for scrubbing and circulating on a variety of surgical cases in a busy OR department.

Education

New Jersey RN license

BLS/CPR certification (AHA)

ACLS (preferred)

CNOR (preferred)

BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years
