Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a registered nurse to scrub and circulate on diverse surgical cases in a busy OR. The role requires an active NJ RN license and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and CNOR are preferred.

Six months of acute care RN experience or active participation in the HMH nurse residency is required, with BSN in progress or planned within three years. The ideal candidate demonstrates quick learning, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing education

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS is preferred.
• CNOR is preferred.
• Six (6) or more months of acute care RN experience required or must be an active participant in the HMH new grad nurse residency program required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire required.
• Two years OR experience preferred.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
