Job summary

Franklin Surgery Center is seeking an OR Nurse Manager to oversee daily operating room operations and clinical staffing, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. You will lead the surgical team, coordinate scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with physicians and administration.

Requirements include TN RN license, BSN, 3–5 years OR nursing experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• RN license in TN required.
• BSN degree required.
• 3-5 years OR nursing experience required.
• Leadership or management experience in ambulatory surgery center preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Lead surgical team, coordinate staffing and scheduling.
