Job summary

Dayton Children's in Dayton, OH seeks an Inventory Coordinator for Outpatient Surgery on the 2nd shift. You will manage ordering and distribution of OR supplies, working with Surgical Services Managers and Team Leaders to improve inventory levels and minimize excess stock.

Under supervision, you will verify orders, maintain inventory reports, and liaise with Purchasing, Sterile Processing and OR staff to obtain equipment and supplies as required by surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Inventory, distribution, shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order and distribute OR supplies; verify orders.
• Maintain inventory reports and records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sterile Processing and OR staff.
• Handle receiving and shipping duties for inventory.
