Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite OR Liaison / Expanded Services Specialist in Grand Rapids to support OR, SPD and hospital leadership with equipment readiness and service delivery. You will ensure timely, compliant reprocessing and instrument readiness across facilities.

The role involves decontamination, testing, and inventory management, plus collaboration with SPD, OR staff and service lines. Travel and rotating shifts may be required; CRCST certification within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot in high-stress situations and provide coverage across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and assemble rigid scopes, cameras, light cords, and power instrumentation.
• Perform in-line function testing (leak, sharpness, insulation, or power checks).
• Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization per IFU.
• Maintain instrument lists and coordinate repairs per hospital protocol.
• Provide liaison support between OR, SPD, and hospital leadership.
