Job summary

Stryker in Seattle seeks an OR Equipment Specialist to support surgical procedures and pre/post-operative equipment management. You will manage equipment, troubleshoot devices, and collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, and biomedical teams to ensure optimal device performance.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and the ability to cover multiple shifts, including possible on-call and travel as needed. Bachelor’s or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipates device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Maintains knowledge base of equipment through Stryker training programs.
• Records and reports data metrics related to job functions monthly.
• Provides support across shifts and other accounts as needed.
