Job summary

Stryker Corporation OnSite Specialist is expected to provide in-room support for MIS and related procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role bridges clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, validating functionality, troubleshooting intraoperatively, post-procedure teardown, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
