Job summary

Stryker Group in Mount Pleasant, TX is hiring an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and ensure optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role links clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

Required are OR technical support experience, familiarity with MIS procedures, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Flexibility for on-call, shift rotations, and regional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and procedures preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to provide on-call coverage and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing before procedures.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity.
