Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for minimally invasive surgical procedures across U.S. facilities.

You will set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems, and verify functionality before and during procedures while coordinating with surgeons and OR staff. The role requires OR experience, strong troubleshooting, and a willingness to travel, including overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure; troubleshoot as needed.
• Provide post-procedure breakdown, restock consumables, and educate staff on proper use of products.
