Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to support OR procedures in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will set up and verify Stryker equipment, assist surgeons, and ensure optimal performance of all devices across OR and SPD.

You’ll troubleshoot on the fly, document procedure data, and maintain equipment readiness daily. Ideal candidates have OR experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's/associate preferred for some roles.
• Proven clinical/OR support experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and coordination skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Stryker equipment per surgeon preference.
• Provide clinical surgical support and manage equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain devices; document data metrics monthly.
• Coordinate with OR, SPD, and hospital staff to ensure readiness.
