Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite OR Support Specialist to ensure optimal performance of Stryker equipment during MIS procedures. You will work with surgeons, OR staff, SPD and service lines to keep operations smooth and efficient.

ELIGIBILITY includes OR experience, CRCST certification within 6 months, and willingness to travel for account coverage. You will document metrics and maintain credentialing to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• OR experience and knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to provide on-call coverage and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and verify Stryker equipment prior to procedures.
• Provide in-room support for MIS and related surgeries.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure sterility and readiness.
• Coordinate with OR, SPD, and hospital staff for optimal operations.
• Record data metrics and maintain account information.
