Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Birmingham, AL to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and related equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain high-quality OR operations.

The role requires OR experience, medical equipment knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly in demanding environments. This full-time position offers comprehensive health benefits and opportunities for travel across accounts.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to provide on-call and overnight coverage.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker equipment per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality before procedure.
• Troubleshoot intraoperatively and provide quick resolutions.
• Post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR/SPD staff on use and troubleshooting.
• Support video conferencing and EMR connectivity where applicable.
