Qualifications

• BSN required and Michigan RN license.
• 2+ years OR leadership in high-volume surgical setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop nursing staff.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Main OR and CVOR.
• Supervise 75+ perioperative staff.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and teams.
• Implement quality improvement and patient safety.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and supply chain.
• Foster professional development and mentoring.
