Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations of the Main OR and CVOR.
• Supervise 75+ perioperative staff including RNs and techs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing leaders to optimize scheduling and outcomes.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, supply chain, and cost containment.
• Foster mentorship and education through staff development.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and hospital policies.
