Qualifications

• ANCC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting required.
• Progressive nursing leadership roles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Henry Ford Jackson Hospital's Main OR and CVOR to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and operational functions for a busy surgical department with 11 ORs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing leaders to drive staff development and quality outcomes.
