WVU Medicine in Morgantown is seeking a skilled Scheduler to coordinate master clinic and OR scheduling for physicians, residents and staff. You will oversee pre-admission testing and ensure timely communication with patients and referring providers.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to support clinical, educational and research activities within a dynamic department.

• Master clinic and OR scheduling for physicians, residents and staff.
• Coordinate pre-admission testing and pre-operative processes.
• Prepare correspondence and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for master clinic and OR scheduling. Reviews schedules and manages conflicts.
• Coordinates specialty clinics with clinic manager to ensure scheduling and staffing.
• Schedules surgeries in OR, clinic, Cancer Center, and outreach facilities.
• Coordinates all pre-admission testing and ancillary testing.
• Communicates procedure details to patients, families and referring providers.
