Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 4+ years manufacturing experience; 2+ years in Operational Excellence/Lean/Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects delivering efficiency, cost reduction, and reliability gains.
• Deploy and sustain Shopfloor Management systems, 5S, KPI boards and visual controls.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and training for operators and leaders.
• Apply structured problem solving (A3, 8D, Ishikawa) and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Support sustainability plans and monitor improvements to ensure lasting impact.
