Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer/Industrial Engineer to implement and sustain the OE strategy across manufacturing. You will coach Change to Win and BD Production System programs, aligning SQDC objectives and delivering sustainable results.

The role demands Lean Six Sigma expertise, Kaizen leadership, and strong financial acumen to drive cost savings and productivity improvements in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Lean initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and lead Kaizen events and training.
• Experience in financial impact analysis and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with strategy and KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen events and ensure monitoring, sustainment, and realization of results.
• Drive opportunity identification to maintain a robust improvement pipeline.
• Monitor and validate financial impact with Finance.
• Facilitate VOC/VOB reviews with executive leadership teams.
• Manage the Annual Deployment Plan for OE initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy of visual management systems and performance boards.
• Ensure system integration through standardized work and OE behaviors.
