The Operational Excellence Engineer II leads cross-functional improvement projects that deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and process reliability. This role applies advanced Lean tools, facilitates Kaizen workshops, and support root‑cause analysis to solve complex operational problems. It partners with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize processes, improve standard work, and ensure improvements are sustained through effective systems, training and performance monitoring. This position works independently, mentoring junior OPX staff, and plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s continuous improvement culture.
