Job summary

SPX Technologies in Olathe, KS is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to champion lean initiatives across manufacturing. You will lead cost and process improvements, drive Kaizen events, and deploy CI tools to reduce waste and improve throughput in our HVAC/industrial facilities.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, product engineering and supply chain to analyze data, develop metrics, and sustain gains through standardized work and visual management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI events and initiatives.
• 2+ years Lean experience with certified training.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI events and initiatives to drive process improvement.
• Identify and deliver projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and value stream mapping activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decisions.
