Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process optimization roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field required.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across functions and develop recommendations.
• Lead CI initiatives and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Evaluate workflows and design solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs and process documentation.
• Own KPI reporting and operational data analysis to support decisions.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Plan and execute integration and project activities with stakeholders.
• Prioritize opportunities based on impact and business needs.
• Collaborate with Ops, IT, Product, and Support to implement solutions.
• Present findings and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Train and coach staff on CI principles and problem solving.
• Facilitate change management to sustain new processes.
• Travel 10–15% to support initiatives at domestic locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
