The successful candidate will mentor junior OPX staff, strengthen the continuous improvement culture, and drive sustained gains

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
  • Experience with Lean / CI / OPX tools is preferred. Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional OPX projects to reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance quality.
  • Develop value stream maps and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops and train teams on Lean / CI / OPX tools.
  • Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and software to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering and operations to support manufacturing processes, deciding on best OPX approach and escalating risks.
  • Teach and coach junior engineers and specialists on Lean / CI / OPX methodologies.
  • All other duties assigned.
