LensCrafters in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Managing Optometrist to lead the marketplace and drive the patient journey with exceptional care. You will manage vision care services, ensure standards of quality, and align operations with brand promises.

You will recruit and develop staff, set objectives, monitor KPIs, and build lasting relationships with patients. The role requires Doctor of Optometry, leadership, and current practice knowledge; strong communication and organizational skills are

• Operates as stakeholder to all within the organization & local market.
• Places the patient/customer as the center focus & delivers excellent service.
• Leads/Manages the team in providing unsurpassed Patient Service Excellence.
• Addresses all patient/customer visual life style needs.
• Builds patients/customers for life & becomes their sole family practitioner.
• Forecasts staffing needs based on available information & assigns associates through scheduling model.
