Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associate behaviors are in place to exceed OD NPS, patient retention, exam and contact lens growth.
• Deliver TAB performance and ensure annual eye exam emphasis.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead through the OD labor model and manage Pre-test patients for smooth flow.
• Greet patients with a genuine positive attitude on entry.
• Answer phone calls promptly in a friendly manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, insurance benefits, and timelines.
• Ensure Next Eye Exam calls are made daily and reminders are sent.
• Maintain patient data in TAB and prepare charts the night before.
• Train/certify new doctor support staff and coach quality of assessment.
