Job summary

LensCrafters in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time store leadership professional to partner with the Managing Doctor (OD) and ensure the highest quality optometric care and patient experience. You will lead patient flow, coaching for associates and coordinating clinical and retail duties to drive service excellence.

This role encompasses staff training, scheduling, compliance with HIPAA, managing inventories, and delivering the LensCrafters Experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-focused care and drive excellence in the LensCrafters Experience.
• Partner with the Managing Doctor (OD) to align clinical and retail activities.
• Coach and develop store associates to improve patient flow and service.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and training of staff; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain inventory, orders, and promotional initiatives; ensure brand standards.
