Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD labor model and optimize patient flow for a positive patient experience.
• Greet patients with a positive attitude and handle inquiries promptly.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, insurance benefits, products/services and timeframe.
• Explain and schedule annual eye exams; manage appointment reminders and no-shows.
• Train and certify new doctor office associates.
• Observe and coach on quality of assessment.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and accurate data in TAB/POS.
• Assist in recruiting/selecting high-caliber doctor support staff.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered timely and the referral log is maintained.
