Kids for the Future is seeking a Full-Time General Manager at our Centennial, CO location to deliver high-quality patient and customer experiences across retail, lab, and optometric services. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staff tasks, and policy adherence within a fast-paced environment.

You will drive organization-wide selling strategies, generate regular performance and financial reports, and ensure HIPAA compliance while maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Foster an office environment focused on delivering exceptional patient/customer service.
• Over-site of personnel and daily office operations; assign tasks, duties and schedules.
• Keep staff up to date on required skills training and policy updates.
• Implement organization selling strategies.
• Partner with Marketing Manager to generate sales, insurance, payroll, and staff reports.
• Handle daily bank deposits and communicate close totals to Accounting.
• Ensure staff performance meets office goals; schedule staff per payroll guidelines.
• Primary point of contact for weekly payroll accuracy.
