Visionworks is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead a store and drive profitability while delivering a simple, human patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup.

The GM will hire, coach and develop staff, manage doctor relationships, and optimize operations to meet financial and customer-service goals. Optical management experience and a state license are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience required.
• Optical management experience preferred.
• Licensed GMs must have a current State Opticians License.

Responsabilités

• Maximize the store’s profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while preserving patient/customer experience.
• Engage with the Doctor to discuss business needs, associates and experience.
• Plan daily operations by managing traffic, appointments, and eyewear services.
• Hire, train, coach and develop store associates to ensure excellence in service.
• Remove obstacles and resolve issues in the patient/customer journey.
• Lead and improve all operational activities to meet financial and customer goals.
