Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking an Optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams, assess ocular health, and advise patients on vision care and correction options. You will build lasting patient relationships through education and quality care, ensuring alignment with licensure and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include conducting eye exams, diagnosing conditions, prescribing lenses and medications, and coordinating care with staff and specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye exams and vision tests to determine refractive status and ocular health.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through education and personalized care.
• Interview patients to assess medical history, eye health, and visual needs.
• Advise patients on remediation options for refractive errors and ocular disease.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as appropriate.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care when applicable and coordinate with surgeons.
• Educate patients on eye health, lens options, and maintenance.
