• Retail/optical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn optical knowledge.
• Able to instruct customers clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality patient care.
• Maintain professional atmosphere in doctor’s office and pretest room.
• Explain types of preliminary examinations.
• Complete paperwork and perform testing before doctor examination.
• Promote retinal screenings and visual field testing.
• Review prescriptions and patient information, identifying special needs.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
