Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Optometric Technician to support Doctors of Optometry with preliminary testing and measurements. No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided.

Some weekend and evenings shifts are required to ensure patient flow and high-quality care. You will learn to operate pretest equipment, document medical history, and assist during exams. Responsibilities

Consult with patients and document medical history for optometrist exam.
Maintain smooth flow of patients to doctors and staff during appointments.
Ensure patient comfort with office procedures during the visit.
Learn to use pretest equipment to perform visual screenings.
Conduct contact lens training for applicable patients and other preliminary testing.
Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
