EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optometric Technician to support eye care teams and ensure a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will assist with preliminary testing and operate ophthalmic equipment to prepare patients for exams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to HIPAA, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting. On-site work with competitive benefits is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year working with patients or customers.
• Background check must be favorable as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with Total Patient Experience and build relationships with patients.
• Comply with HIPAA and all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain urgency in scheduling and patient flow for providers.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment (lensometer, autorefractor, OCT, etc.).
• Follow scripts for testing and ensure accurate results.
• Clean and maintain examination equipment and workspace.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive, patient-focused environment.
