EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optometric Technician to assist in delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will help prepare patients for exams and support the optometrist using optical testing equipment.

The role requires prior medical office experience (ophthalmic preferred), strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. We emphasize patient-centered care and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Prior medical office experience preferred, ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.
• Background check as required by state and proof of identity/work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Patient Experience by assisting patients and doctors.
• Operate exam-related equipment and assist with tests as directed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices and keep a clean, organized office.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment.
• Commit to work hours including potential weekends or schedule changes.
