EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optometric Technician to support the Total Patient Experience and assist in preparing patients for exams using optical equipment.

The role emphasizes assisting ophthalmologists and optometrists, handling testing procedures, and maintaining equipment. A high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and US work authorization are required; ophthalmic or medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.
• Preferred: medical office and ophthalmic experience.
• Must provide identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute the Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment (lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, OCT).
• Follow scripting for testing and patient interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Support office duties as needed and be team-oriented.
