Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and gather medical history and relevant information for their visit.
• Pretest and record all findings in Office Mate.
• Educate patients on eye health and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
• Sale of frames, contact lenses and optical supplies ordered by the Doctor.
