Job summary

Chika Eye Care Llc is seeking an Optometric Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for obtaining patient medical history, measuring intraocular pressures, refraction, visual acuities, and more, while educating patients on eye health and best practices.

The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and high organization in a busy optometric practice. Responsibilities include greeting patients, pretesting, and recording findings in Office Mate,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
