EssilorLuxottica Group (LensCrafters) is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, assisting the optometrist and coordinating patient flow. You will maintain patient records, support exams, and help manage contact lens rooms in a fast-paced eyewear retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with a smile.
• Answer the telephone promptly in a friendly manner.
• Assist the optometrist during eye examinations and prepare patients for exams.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; consult when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and privacy procedures.
• Support retention and follow-up calls for exams.
• Manage contact lens orders and inventory in exam rooms.
• Input patient data and services in the clinic system with accuracy.
