Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will support the optometrist, prepare patients, and ensure accurate record-keeping while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

Responsibilities include exams support, patient communications, and assisting with contact lens management as needed, with emphasis on quality care and efficient processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of strong customer service experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organization and math skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient records handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and maintain a professional image.
• Assist optometrist with exams and prepare patients for procedures.
• Handle patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA.
• Support the exam and retail teams to meet store performance goals.
