Job summary

AEG is seeking an Optometric Technician to join our eye care team in the United States. You will work alongside optometrists to support patient care, handle pre-testing, and assist with specialty diagnostic testing to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

The role includes managing the doctor’s schedule, documenting findings in EHR, and performing clerical tasks related to medical records. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating patients for eye exams and dispensing medications.
• Familiarity with medical terms related to eye care and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary evaluations before exams and assist with diagnostic testing.
