Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, optometric preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to educate and connect with patients.
• Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with a desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Assist optometrists from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests and gather patient medical histories.
• Educate patients about vision benefits and contact lens training.
• Coordinate appointments and manage office communications.
• Document patient exams and procedures accurately.
