Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optometric Technician to support eye exams and perform initial testing with optical equipment. This role helps prepare patients for the doctor and ensures a smooth Total Patient Experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.
• Previous ophthalmic or medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients while delivering medical support.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies and procedures.
• Operate ophthalmic instruments (lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, OCT) per script.
• Assist with testing and preparing patients for examinations.
• Maintain clean and functional exam equipment and work area.
• Support office duties as assigned by the manager.
