Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optometric Technician to assist clinicians in delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will perform initial testing with optical equipment to prepare patients for exams and support the team throughout the patient journey.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to operate devices such as lensometers, autorefractors, and retinal cameras in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or ophthalmic setting preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer/patient-facing role.
• Background check required and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Operate testing equipment and assist during exams.
• Maintain cleanliness of examination equipment.
• Support scheduling and general office duties.
