Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for coworker and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑testing evaluations prior to eye exams.
• Assist with diagnostic testing (OCT, Visual Field, Pachymetry, Retinal Camera).
• Schedule referrals and manage doctor appointments.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support the Optometrist during examinations and post‑exam tasks.
