Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optometric Technician to support ophthalmologists and optometrists in providing a world class Total Patient Experience. You will help prepare patients for exams using optical equipment and assist with initial testing.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer/patient-facing position, preferably in a medical office or ophthalmic setting. Prior experience with HIPAA and strong teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients
• Experience in medical office or ophthalmic setting preferred
• HIPAA awareness and compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a world class Total Patient Experience
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment and assist with exams
• Follow scripted testing procedures and maintain equipment
• Maintain patient flow and office duties as assigned
• Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Support a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
• Flex hours including potential weekends as needed
