Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States; favorable background check

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Total Patient Experience and provide medical support to patients
• Operate optical testing equipment (manual lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, OCT)
• Follow testing scripts and ensure proper use and cleaning of equipment
• Maintain clean, organized examination and work areas
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff; adapt to schedule changes including weekends
