Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optometric Technician to support clinicians in delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. The role involves assisting with initial testing, operating optical equipment, and preparing patients for exams under an Optometrist's supervision.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of patient-facing work, familiarity with medical office practices, and a strong commitment to teamwork and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment and assist in preparing patients for exams.
• Clean and maintain examination equipment and work area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient patient flow and schedule adherence.
