LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care, collaborate with store leadership, and deliver the highest quality optometric services. You will support medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op care as needed to drive patient outcomes and business growth.

The role emphasizes continuing education, licensure upkeep, and providing exceptional patient service within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care in Optometry
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
• Strong communicator and listener
• Problem solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care as a leader in the organization.
• Collaborate with MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets and growth.
• Maintain Doctor-Patient relationships and uphold standards of care.
• Provide pre/post-op support and referral care as applicable.
