LensCrafters in Asheville, NC seeks an Associate Optometrist who leads with clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach. You will deliver high-quality eye care, follow established protocols, and partner with store leadership to grow patient engagement and outcomes.

Experts in optometry, you will maintain licensure, leverage technology, and mentor team members while ensuring a welcoming, caring experience for every patient who visits LensCrafters.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality optometric care by following clinical protocols.
• Leads and collaborates with MOD and store team to drive results.
• Maintains an excellent doctor/patient relationship and patient experience.
• Leverages technology to enhance patient care and education.
• Ensures office systems are maintained and compliant with licensure.
• Provides training and guidance to team members on company programs.
